Family Owned
Our chef, Raquel, is a Trinidadian native who has more than 20 years in the culinary field working in both Trinidad and the United States. She is well versed in American and international cuisine and is thrilled to serve a menu with her take on American dishes as well as exciting fusion dishes. Her husband, Daniel, along with her two sons, Alex and Logan, assist in the daily operations of the Cafe and we are proud to be a family owned and operated business in Richmond, VA.
